HKST has designed a very effective training strategy which is the first such system used within the New Zealand banking environment.  It is at the forefront of proactively training front-line staff in positive recall methods.

This method consists of five stages:

  • analysing bank employees' work environment
  • e-learning pre-testing
  • e-learning modular information delivery
  • e-learning post-testing
  • bank employee feedback.

These modular packages are designed to mesh with the client's unique corporate identity.  In addition, HKST Ltd can consult on specialist areas of training to the client's specifications.
